Awsome work everyone! I've just spent a couple of hours looking at all the art you guys shared with us. (some pictures didn't show up, don't know why) Congratz all. I myself like to draw/doodle but often lack of inspiration, can't draw by imagination and only by looking (and not very good). Lately I've started drawing in my mobile phone, so far I've tried Samsung Sketchbook (which seems to me it lacks options) and now Infinite Painter (Infinite Painter seems quite good and complete, but payment is required), so I would like to know if any of you artists use to draw in your mobiles and which software do you use. I'll accept any hints you may want to share with a beginner digital wanna-be-artist ^^

Sorry I haven't been checking the thread as much as I used to, but I would like to say everyone's work is quite lovely. It was a serious honor hosting a little spot where everyone could show their art (even if I've become less active in recent times).

norimaki: That seems very dark and twisted - but so very true. Am I the only one who never fused any of those guys and just kept 'em in storage instead? >.> I think the comic depicts the dark worlds of the "Shin Megami Tensei" series rather well.

Been working on finding time to practice more an experiment with more techniques. Really gotten into learning how to work with watercolors lately. I'd love any advice, if anyone has experience in it. Wondering if I should get in on this BOGO core membership thing while it's happening. yamibrooke.deviantart.com

Well... I've been away for a while. Haven't really posted anything since the game server was shut down. I actually drew something SMT-related recently. The good, old Turdak. His animations always cracked me up. Especially his spell-casting animation - during which he takes his own head off with his sword and starts to spin it around on top of his sword's blade. I also put together a bunch of things I never actually finished. To be honest, I originally didn't intend to post these, as they're just quick, unfinished sketches - but I don't think I'll get around to finishing them any time soon (if ever). I'd like to re-draw some of them from scratch at some point, tho. The progression of my 1st character on the English/International server. Panzer armor (if I remember the name correctly) and Brave Garm (beginner partner). Dwarf (Death-bound crafting assistant) and some of the lv20+ NPC-store gear. Lucky Angel (main support) and my 2 final outfits. I usually alternated between the two. 1st equipment set consisted of the Mesian Templar Knight clothes, a Protozipanium Visor and a Paladin's Lance (with Cu Chulain SS for Magic affinity). 2nd equipment set consisted of the Rider set (which allowed Motorcycle rentals for macca) and Thunder God's Fireworks (I think that was the electric sword's name? :/). My 1st English server character (Nijuni) and his partners (Lucky Angel, "Deathbound" Dwarf* and "Kamikaze" Turdak*) before the US server shut down. He was a Melee, Rush-oriented Demolition Dasher. With this character I usually used only items one could find in-game (with no cash-shop/AP/AC/MC gear), just to see how far I could get doing so. The exceptions were XP and EXP incenses and the Rider set, which I usually used to rent Bikes in order to get from one place to another faster. (*These 2 are just regular variants - the 2 "names" are used merely to describe their skill-sets) My 2nd character (Nijusan) from the US server and his partners ("Cannon" Morrigan and "Megi Mage" Mot). Sporting cash-shop gear, this "Levitating Priest" Hexhancer with 95% CD reduction was a good addition to any team. Sadly, he was never allowed to join some runs (such as NM Daisoujou) on the grounds that he was male (everyone wanted "Chiaki" enhancers for those). This is how I imagine the "Nag" skill in SMT3 works. And the funniest SMT2 interaction I've ever had (and probably the funniest one I've had in any SMT game). If I remember correctly, this was my 1st negotiation in my 1st playthrough. Well... Guess that's it for now. I also have a "Pain of Loss" tri-piece (Azura's death in Andras' arms; Player's character holding the dieing demon-Kuroe's hand; Alternate-dimension Kuroe euthanizing Satan's human form;) I should try to finish up. Hopefully, I'll manage to finish it soon. In any case, I hope you'll like at least some of the things I've shared. Until we meet again.

megablazikensThanks, glad you liked 'em. There was one more unfinished sketch I forgot to post last time. The Demonica Squad from "Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey". Doppelganger is the only one you can get normally, as Demonica (C) and Demonee-Ho are secret, password-only partners. And here are 2 sketched versions of Azura's death from that tri-piece I mentioned. I'm probably gonna redraw the whole thing again.

So... I started playing "Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner - Raidou Kuzunoha vs the Soulless Army" recently. And I drew few things inspired by it. The game is set in 1930s and has no demon negotiation. Instead, you have to beat demons to an inch of their life, then put them in one of your pokeballs containment tubes. So... yeah. This is literally what he says before his boss fight. Yeah, the game's weird like that. This was inspired by Legion's comment after I fused him. The line's actually one of the possible comments made by Jack Frost and Pyro Jack on level-up. And, apparently, there's a unique Jack Frost called "Raiho" available only on 2nd playthrough.

Well... It's been a while, but I finally have few SMT-related things to share. First of, here's a little something based off of an old cartoon: And here's a random Inugami: And last, but certainly not least, a Doppelganger Quintet. Game (and original characters') names are, from left to right: "Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Children: Black Book" (Setsuna), "Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs King Abaddon" (Raidou Kuzunoha the 14th), "Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Jorney" (assault squad member/protagonist), "Shin Megami Tensei 2" (Aleph), "Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Children: Red Book" (Mirai).

I'm not sure if anyone checks this thread anymore, but I'll share these just in case anyone's interested. XD A Loa sketch. My 2 redesigns of Jaws from "Shin Megami Tensei 2". A T93f from the original "Shin Megami Tensei". It's mostly the same as the official SMT artwork with only some minor changes, tho. Professor Otsuki from "Shin Megami Tensei: If..." and his "upgrades". 1st he attacks you with a knife. Next time he's replaced his right arm with a mechanical one. 3rd time his lower body is replaced with a set of threads/tank tracks. In the final encounter his head is the only non-mechanical thing that's left of his original body.
