I use SeaGM and load the cards into my WebMoney JP account, then charge CP with that. Process is immediate and easy, and still cheaper than most alternatives.
The 'foreigners are banned for CP purchase' was almost certainly entirely false and just a rumour that spread after a small cluster of bans over a year ago, so please don't take that as gospel truth. A huge portion of the EN community (myself included) buys CP regularly without any issue. I guess unless Sesshou edits his OP to clarify, we'll probably see people stumbling on it and getting paranoid forever.
Just don't buy from shady sites (aka: google any site you want to use beforehand and read reviews since the JP Webmoney card thing is extremely common in a lot of online games with foreign players; I'm not sure of how common it is for people to sell fraudulent codes but it's best to do your research before buying) and obviously don't engage in RMT or anything else outlined as a violation by CAVE, and I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Anyone still buying CP? I'm wanting to use Credit Card directly on the site but for some reason it keeps "Card Lock" ing me out and I'm unable to complete the transactions on there even with the SecureCode authenticity. I'm also too afraid of buying it from some other site like webmoney and then transferring it over etc.....do you guys still use the same thing or have you changed the way you buy your CP? You can only use JP-issued credit/debit cards to charge CP, so unless you have access to a Japanese card, credit card charging is a no-no. Buying webmoney/bitcash codes is pretty much the best choice for you now. You can either do what Rutee does or buy the code and directly charge in your SMT account.

Yeah I buy Webmoney from SeaGM and charge my CP that way too. SeaGM are pretty amazing to deal with, instant and one of the cheaper options, plus they always have Webmoney cards of some kind in stock. I've bought thousands of CP at one time and not had any trouble at all. I honestly can't see CAVE having a problem with us giving them money so long as we do it legitimately

You can try charging again, perhaps it was an error on webmoney's part. If the situation persists, you may need to contact SGM staff. They might have sent you the wrong code. (I got into the same situation once after a purchase from play-asia)

(I got into the same situation once after a purchase from play-asia) The problem is that they want 16 characters or digits to charge and my card doesnt have that number, already contacted SGM staff, and sent the form, guess i will wait for now, thanks for the help. Just to make sure anyone here that bought the webmoney card from SGM got a 16 digit card correct? (starting to think they gave me the wrong one or i am missing something)
