I think it could be good for spin moves that you could move slowly when it's active, like you said for rapid skills.

I think attack speed is fine for spin (maybe we need something to avoid the annoying interruption >_<, it could be attack speed, yeah xD), maybe a slight boost in range instead?

I never got too far in the game, but I've got 2 suggestions:
1. Change critical so that it no longer ignores defense. It's so frustrating to get critted for half your health while normal hits do less than 10 damage. Maybe increase enemies' base damage to compensate.
2. Buff the vitality stat. From what I gathered, all(?) players ignored vitality because equipment had enough hp boost. Well I think it should be the other way around, like in traditional SMT games. It'd make stat distribution less cut-and-dried and more about individual playstyles.

..maybe a slight boost in range instead?
I dont know how hard to make this can be, but... one thing that always bothered me about Megaten (and other games too) is that all melee weapons always have the same range, so in this case instead boosting the general range for spin i think we should apply different ranges and cd/inc depending on the weapon. Like a spear with max melee range but long cd/inc and a rapier with short range but also short cd/inc. And that cd/inc could change depending on the Speed stat of the user. - - - And about the .doc: * Increased range for destruction magic shot skills. NOPE* Increased skill radius for AoE destruction magic skills. Sorta Yes, maybe depending on the skill level.* Increased attack speed and damage output for single-target destruction magic skills. YesThe last two are sorta ok, but the first one its a ridiculous buff, mages are already op as fuck. So gave them now more range is practically kill any other class. And yes, im a butthurt old fashioned MB but that buff is still ridiculous. -- Long-range Shot skills Players & Demons * Increased damage output for long distance shot skills * Incantation time cannot be reduced to 0%, instead, it can be reduced up to 50%.This could be a good idea, completely turn MB class into a Burst class instead a DPS one. I aint gonna complain... --
Curative skills Estoma * Larger area of effect * Enemies will recover faster Excellent idea. Mediarahan * Increased modifier, larger area of effect Nope, media is already pretty usefull and heal a fuckton of hp even on non-support classes/demons.
-- General gameplay * Default movement speed increased to 1.3x * Equipping items removes them from your inventory and is only present in the character status windowWe already had more movement speed inside cities, so i dont see it reaaally necessary. Get a mount dude.. Now the second point... holy mara, i said that so many times i could play this game again just to see that thing happen.
--
Virtual Appearance * Now able to VA through means other than trading (bazaar, analyzing etc)
So after you work hard to get that item you like, any retard come and VA it without even asking/paying for it? In a game that 50% of the game is about looking good for the bitches? i dont think so. But also what i just say has totally no meaning in a pirate server, so go ahead lol
--
And about the skills, i dont know if some signature skills (like 8 Pillars, Cursed Spit, etc) should be available for Demon Sacrifice (maybe some of them can be inheritable). It sounds stupid but... i dont see an Alice using Cursed Spit or Bai Hu using Eight Pillars of Flame. I think this is a way to keep a little bit the identity and lore of some specific demons. After all, it's all about lore and fashion ~
--
Well, so far that' s my opinion on the balance. It was time to post a thread like this, i have too much free time.. ok, no, i dont.. but still i need Megaten in my life again and at least this thread keep me busy for a while.
And no, fuck the chinese server and fuck the chinese hentai manga scanlation groups who never post the raw version (?).

Since it's not going to be cash-based, could CP operate on a timer function? Even better, it could be based on Megaten time: Every (x) minutes/hours/moon phases, everyone gets +(y) CP added to their counter, whether they're logged in or out. The counter has a limit of (z), meaning no one will ever get more than (z) CP at a time. To take CP from the counter and add it to the player's stock, the player must be logged in. Once taken, the counter resets to 0, and works it's way back up to (z) every (x) minutes/hours/moon phases.
This way, it's not exactly handed out like free candy; players who are on more often get *slightly* more, while players who can't be on all day aren't exactly penalized.

The private server we want to set up would run with this changes? o.o Is there any chance of this happening?
I may suggest removing the -95% CD cap could help for some skills

I may suggest removing the -95% CD cap could help for some skills I assume this is more of a suggestion box. I think it's important to remember that for an MMO, Planning + Effort + Commitment = Payout. If everything pays off without any work, it'd take away from the fun factor. It does seem like it would be amazing if everything were easy, but it's ultimately the restrictions (or the overcoming of the restrictions) that makes it fun. $0.04

Kinda hope you're working with the guys who are doing the private server, as these are seemingly good ideas. Also like the idea of like, weekend possible missions that the reward is limited time demons to be available or something. "oh, you wanted X and you weren't here for the 'day of atonement' event, well, you my good sir are forever screwed."

A lot of the stuff here would be amazing <3 especially the equipment inventory being seperated from the inventory, there is however one thing I'm not too fond of
Moon phases no longer affect the availability of items in the COMP shop ,
personally, I enjoyed, quite possibly loved how the moon phases effect prices and items! I know to others this was a drag, but because of it on the eu servers I was able to exploit 4 kings using friends whom all gave the gems in to buy more plates and leftovers we would splitit netted in quite a lot, to me anyway and we weren't amazing and had the support of BUKA whom played the role of carrying Us horrifically by killing the boss room in around .3 seconds) And it adds some immersion to the shops changing
This might be off topic but like it's what I feel the game could have it should have if it were to be implemented
A little more which I want to see because Of hours on the game, Different dungeon layouts and unpredictable things occurring within them would be nice, these unpredictabilities being random mobs or loot, speaking of loot, MORE UNIQUE DROPS!, maybe, idk, it would be cool finding more stuff or even just cosmetics within the dungeons, as well as the open world, it felt very empty yet full of lore.
From playing GW2 a lot... I feel it had a lot more in the environment even the it was more up to date and the graphics were insane compared, making a few changes to the maps would be awesome or more reasons to go to places, ie rare mobs or more unique drops from mobs, plasmas, ore nodes if that's even possible like full of mags
Finally, the expertise system in this game is possibly one of the most amazing aspects of an MMO, only path of exile could come close to such a unique class system, with infinite possibilities, the expertise should have been changed imo though, making support bullet more viable and possibly a second tab of expertise like life skills? Similar to what Lost Ark are going for, in that crafting and SI Are completely separate to the PVP/PVE expertise, like gw2 but limiting characters to one per character? ( it would be not as good due to gear and stats but still nice?)
Sorry if I'm dragging on just this game had so much potential and wish it was back rn :;;;((( EDIT:
Instead of giving us free CP Or making it cheaper, would monthly subscriptions be sufficient?, it would help fund the game and allow people cp per month or week? Like a patron account?? Or making the game a one time payment, or again relating to gw2 making it free but accounts upgradable, allowing f2p players but limiting them?, maybe even to a level cap or only XYZ demons, Patron only gear and demons?

It'd be nice to have the "Target Nearest Enemy" (or whatever its name was) command again - like we used to have back in Aeria times. Before they removed it "to stop botting". >.>

Im not the king of good ideas but... that for sure is a BAD one (i dont think i even need to explain why, right?). And i dont support free CP either. About cash, i think they should do like the normal JP server but with a few changes. Let's say, more in-game available items, obviously stuff with 1% or less drop rate from Bosses or End Chests (like the plugs). Also maybe a party bonus, like 1.5% on 2-3 people and 2% on full party. Or also depending on the moon phases.
