So, looks like this Private Server exist since 2015 2009 and it uses an old client version from Aeria.
It dont have Retaliation Chain Expertise nor Celu Gold or Demon rebirth, in other words it is very outdated, and laggy too.
1- Download the game here:

4- Change to english version downloading this and extracting at main game folder(backup the original BinaryData folder to your computer)

You can buy various CP items with macca at China PServer at this two pages (you have to be offline in game to buy them):

Somethings i learned while playing on China Server.
1: When you reach level 70 you dont get more xp doing runs, but you dont lose xp if you die...you gain xp ONLY by staying online in game. GM will manually raise your level when he logs. You dont get more stats points after raise level, so you raise only to use better demons and equip better gears. However you can use Hourglass of Reversal to get the extra points after level 70.
2: Many old Demon crystals are not working...as Lamia, Thoth, Kaichi, Ganga...i wasted alot of macca and mags on them, so dont try this ones.
3: After level 70 you can submit a reset on your char for 2m macca, you can rebirth 30 times and each time you rebirth you start with more 100 stats points. But remember to dont use Hourglass of Reversal anymore or you will lose the rebirth points.
4: When you register 100 DCMs you can submit a new demon at BBS on this link:

You replace a demon from your comp by any of that list. It keeps the old demon level and skills and change them to a new skin and resists of the new demon, but all of them have no features.
Almost all the demons are available including the never released Sukuna Hikona, Abaddon, Alciel and Satan will be too.
5: You can use Mirror Lunar Eclipse from sugi gold/celu bronze/celu inspection to play at one FC with low chance to get OP debug gears.
6: About the lag, i suggest to use WTFast, and when your 14 days expires you can use Pingzapper, it works for 7 days but you can make new accounts.
