Somethings i learned while playing on China Server.

1: When you reach level 70 you dont get more xp doing runs, but you dont lose xp if you die...you gain xp ONLY by staying online in game. GM will manually raise your level when he logs. You dont get anymore points or Expertise after level, so you raise only to use better demons and equip better gears.

2: Many old Demon crystals are not working...as Lamia, Thoth, Kaichi...i wasted alot of macca and mags on them, so dont try this ones.

3: After level 70 you can submit a reset on your char at BBS on the site...just a normal reset to level 1, you dont get anything for it.

4: When you register 100 DCMs you can submit a new demon at BBS on this link:

You replace a demon from your comp by any of that list. It keeps the old demon level and skills and change them to a new skin and resists of the new demon, but all of them have no features.

Alot of the JP new demons are available!

5: At website shop you can buy things with macca(last 2 options):

And you can use Mirror Lunar Eclipse from sugi gold as CP to buy Orb of Speed.

Some additional notes, mostly garnered from fellow JP players:

-EXP and Expertise rates have been increased, about 3x. Expertise especially is improved. I was at c3.5 shot by the time I hit level 18.

-As stated before, Rapid is currently maxed at class 5. All offensive expertise along with Dodge, Guard, and Counter are maxed at class 5.

-Gun knowledge, Magic control, and Bless are largely unaffected and have caps at c9, c6, and c8 respectively.

-Due to the incomplete nature of the game, Makanda stones are more or less unobtainable. If you wish to raise magic control, you will have to use expertise books.

-Speaking of expertise books, books for all expertise are sold in the website shop for 10k macca. Other items like exp incenses, aphrodisiac, and item/demon depository passes are also purchasable for macca.

-You can buy the 30 day orb of speed using mirror lunar eclipse, essentially giving you a permanent 1.5x running speed once you can run sugi golds reliably. However, this becomes more of a moot point for general travel due to the fact that the online store sells Araidne's Thread for 1500 macca per 5 threads (300 macca each)

-If you wish to purchase CP, the exchange rate currently goes at 10k CP for 20 USD. Transactions are done via Paypal.

-You can also apparently purchase demons straight up via request to the developer. Prices can range from 10k CP to 50k CP. Boss demons and skills can be obtained in this fashion, albeit at a steep price.

Wow, I'm in, and it's in English too.
Couldn't sign in with Mornedil as username for some reason, so I just registered with my phone number instead and that worked fine.

Edit 2:
After playing for a while I ran into a very annoying glitch with battle music that refused to stop playing even outside battle, and I met someone in-game who game me a link to an old Aeria client with bug fixes that's compatible with this private server.
It worked! What I did was the following:

1. Download and extract the chinese client in the original post in this thread
2. Download and install the client from this link: gamefront.online/files/13323597/MegaTenSetup_2009_02_18.exe
3. Select all the files from the chinese client's root folder (in other words not any files in the sub-folders), EXCEPT for "ImagineClient.exe" and "ImagineOptions.exe".
4. Copy them over to the install folder of the official Aeria client.

Now I can launch the official Aeria client and connect to the Chinese server without getting the annoying music glitches. Hope this can be helpful for others as well.

if someone tryed to lvl gunsmith/armsmaker - pls tell if it broken for all ppl. i have only 4 recipes and one of lots missng is nambu for quest. thats kinda sad - no slot rambus etc =(

I managed to obtain Makanda stones like normal, as a random drop from Omoikane in celu bronze runs. Took me a while, but they are definitely in the game.
Just don't hit the switch that says something like "protection against evil", if I remember correctly that makes Omoikane not spawn.

Just want to tell anyone starting. If you are struggling to find a weapon to start. Gather 2000 maca and go to acg7.vicp.net:8888/passport/shop.php?fenglei=0 on the lottery section you are able to purchase the novice weapon lottery ticket. You got to log off to do this though. The lottery ticket randomly gives you 1 out of 4 novice weapons for you to use. Just keep buying the lottery ticket til you get your desire weapon. You'll find the weapon in your mailbox in game. They are only useable for lvl 35 and below. So it should last you for awhile til you find a replacement weapon.

Downloading the base Chinese Client, i'm very excited towards playing SMT:Imagine as it was before the English Server closed down. (or atleast CLOSE to when it was shutdown) After listening to Seth's final boss theme from this game i was just hooked on trying to playing it....despite being half a year late to the party when the Japanese Server closed down. Speaking of Seth actually, does the Chinese/Translated English Aeria Client go as far as Act 20?

Hey guys! Might remember me from US/JP Servers!, was called Grimjowsan, I have a lot of questions, the loss of the EU server alone left me bored and now this!, I'm comin to join when I'm back from holiday but how outdated is the game, like what dungeons and expertise are available?

And importantly is rapid still viable, because I've never went it before but after seeing BUKA basically annihilate 4 kings rooms all day I want to give it a try or am I better off going MB or something else?

Super hyped right now though, me and 5 maybe 7 friends are returning ), can anyone tell me a lot about it please???

GW2 has drained me of my soul and I miss the demons too much so it had to go, persona 4 was heart touching and now clenching for persona 5 but this is more important!! ( I think )

Anything that was added after Wildcat is currently unavailable. This includes Ueno Mirages, Nakano Underground, Wildcat itself, etc etc. 

Expertise wise, I've answered how expertise is currently standing in a previous post in the thread. Should be on page 2, second post. 

On a similar note, pure rapid builds are not going to be effective for a long time. Rapid's current cap is at 5, which means you won't be getting Trigger Happy/13 Bullets to Hell.

There's just 5 classes of rapid here, yes. And also you can obtain expertise points till lvl70. So i've just created mb/ss. You can easy get mb5/ss4 at lvl30+.
Probably will try my very old build of rapid/enh/cotw, but not sure.
And... Any synths available at the server?

I got everything set up and Im good to go however every time I log in the get "A system error has occurred". Could this be due to the server or something I did?

Your computer may be using the wrong keyboard format? Try making an account with only numbers in user and password? If it's a log in issue
