Good afternoon,
I hope this is the right forum but I haven't been able to log into the JP Client in all day. I decided to go to my parents' place but the moment I tried to log into the JP Client, it says there's an IP Address problem and that they would be sending me an email "in ten minutes". This is due to a conflict between the main modem and a signal bouncer. I've never had this problem in my home's internet service. It's been two hours since I got those messages and I haven't gotten a single email from CAVE in regards to the instructions. I have no blocks to have lost it and I have the original confirmation email. I can't log into anything in the Japanese Server, is there anything I can do?
Hope this makes sense and thank you.

Hi this will probably not help you at the moment but can prevent this in the future: Once you can log in again, try to log in DCO shop and go to profile and turn safe guard off. That should let you log in from other IP addresses I think... As for current problem, when I got that message I just kept logging on until they send me the email to confirm.

Thank you very much for the help! I'll keep trying to log in and get the email.

Thought I'd chime in as well.
The problem you're having is with safeguard. I have the same issue when I log in on one account from my home then try again at another location. You should receive an email with a link that take you back to your account. After you click the link, no further action is technically required and you should be able to log in.
Safeguard can be turned off as shown above~
That being said, I'm not sure if certain email providers have issues receiving messages from MegaTen. If that's the case, then I'm not sure how to remedy the situation short of changing the address linked to your account.
I hope you're able to get everything in order!

Apparently hotmail is having problems receiving email today so I'll have to change it as soon as I can. Thank you for your help!
