As awesome as it is that we're getting more and more hands in Diaspora, we have a lot of people not knowing how you should behave. So I decided to whip up a small, short, and simple guide to good Dias etiquette (With some little doodles to liven it up from being a long, long text wall).
Also my handwriting isn't the best, so forgive me.
1. Read your guides! In Diaspora, the team leader will usually give a guide for where to go and what to do. The English IMAGINE wiki also has a few maps and know-hows as well. Plus diaspora is pretty different from the normal dungeon run, it's a mass team effort, so not knowing your stuff can lead to a pretty big mess.
(Wiki's Sugi Guide | Wiki's Shina Guide)
2. Be prepared and on time. Bring plenty of healing items for yourself, your demons, revival orbs, and Beads if that's your class. Also be sure your demon is really strong and you think can dish out hard hits to pretty beefy bosses. It's also a good thing to arrive early, since a lot of Team Leaders like to follow a specific schedule.
3. Listen to your party leaders. Along with listening to your Team Leaders, it's equally as important to listen to your party leaders. If they're using the Team Chat and formed the party, pay attention! Even if you don't like your party, your eyes and ability to listen is your best weapon in Diaspora. Also Communication between teammates is VERY important!!
4. Report Issues to Your Leaders. This is mostly a Shina Dias thing (Since Sugi parties are random), but if you're having issues with your teammates, tell your team leader about it! Issues in Dias, it be someone trying to start drama or just not listening, it can cause a lot of problems. So be sure you tell someone ASAP so you're not stuck with them.
5. Ask teammates on how you can improve. Everyone can improve their tactics, so it's best to take advice from your teammates if they tell you something you can do better. I wasn't the best Diaspora player when I started back in June, but now I now lead the Odin Team in Shina Diaspora 97% of the time. Listening, communicating with teammates, and improving can help your team a lot in the end.
Thank you for reading!
