Hi there
I was looking at the Biology expertise and I've been trying to figure how it works, I tried it in a noob synth I'm training and with the Int switch I got intersting results
His base Int is 99, his total int is around 117 , the switch says it raises Int + 25%
It should mean if it raises from base int only then I would have: 99 + 25% = 118.8 int If if takes total int then it should be: 117 + 25% = 146
But I'm getting something like 141 total int Which means it's raising only around 20% (no, no other switches active)
Do you have any clue on how it works?
Also I'm thinking on using it on my mage (Magic and Spell damage switches), but once again I'm not sure if:
1.- Magic switch will use my total magic and raise it 20-25% (it'd be awesome to get 250 + 25%) 2.- Spell switch will get my total spell dmg and do a +20-25%, or it will only ad a straight 20-25% boost to it
Do you think it's worth it for a mage to use 5k points on those 2 switches?
Thanks in advance ^^

It only raise base stat, so at max it can raise 24,7 with 99 of that stat.
and no, becouse only raise 24 points >_< xD

ohhhhh ok T_T I got it now xD
ty Saink ^^
It was:
99 base + 18 from gear/others + 24.7 from bio = 140
<3 now it all makes sense

I know it well because my Synther have it, at the beginning I thought like you "OH great 400int + 25% = YEAHH!" but it was like bleh :/ xDDD
so for a Synther is good enough, but I dont think so for other like mage/melee whatever ^_^
