Chain expertise Condition of Melee, Magic, and Range Combat when we unlock more expertises from missions, and other things will the crit rates, and lb rate multipliers stack or no? For Crit up improvement 2 if we had two of them from two of the expertise will that mean if I was level 90 my crit rate will be 90%? or only 1/char thing?

they stack yes, but its raw crit, not crit%. ie, they're pretty useless for the amt of expertise you have to put into it

Most crappy expertise ever released lol support bullet says hi but yeah the conditions of X combat chains need a review badly, as gear progresses and new aspects like cc get implemented, stuff like this shows its age so fast. all i can really think of is a pursuit-like calculation where it scales with your stat rather than level. and maybe make at least one of the crit passives give correction rather than rating i'm sure there's a more interesting/inventive solution but idk how likely it is that they'd put too much effort into fixing them in any novel way but at least gunner conditions was somewhat usable/justifiable when it launched since most gunners would already have gk and demonology, but support bullet was garbage from day one :<
