Tried my run with Zhu Que gold but I haven't seen any of them. Does anyone knows where or how to trigger their spawns?

they usually spawn randomly for me once you loop back to the 1st layer, or on the bottom left and right of the 3rd layer

Thanks Azu! I guess I should just try more.

It's funny you make this thread because just yesterday i helped a friend get the same exact demons in that run But anyway here's the same crappy image i sent her to help Basically Tajikaraos will spawn in the green circle after the first wave of demons is defeated, and in the red star is where the take minekatas will spawn; however they will ONLY spawn if NONE of the tajikaraos are killed (AFAIK anyway?)

Accomplished Takeminakatas also sometimes spawn alongside miniboss Susano-o inside the dungeon. But the way I see it. it's just totes random o3o

The map Skeeturz posted is accurate. The spawn there seems reliable, in my experience. I've nabbed several for myself and friends and they've always been there for me.
And yes, to confirm: if you want Accomplished Take-Minakata, once you get to that room and see the Tadjikarao group spawn, just ignore that entire room/estoma them and proceed into the next corridor to spawn the Minakatas. If you kill the room with the Tadjikaraos before entering his corridor, he won't show up.
I don't know if killing a first wave is always necessary, though. So if you see Tadjikarao there, just be safe and don't kill them regardless of if a prior wave spawned in that room or not.
The real mystery to me is how to get Sparkling Suzaku, because it's still not on JP wiki and I haven't encountered anyone who knows/is willing to share yet :<
